H13 14 HEPA Filter

Mini Plate HEPA Filter, also widely named mini-pleat HEPA filter, is the mainstream compact high-efficiency terminal filtration core for all cleanroom purification equipment. Ultra-fine glass fiber media is folded into dense narrow mini pleats with hot-melt plastic separators, maximizing effective filtration area within thin, shallow frame depth compared to traditional deep box HEPA filters.

This lightweight flat plate structure perfectly fits FFUs, HEPA terminal filter boxes, laminar flow ceilings, air showers, dynamic pass boxes and hard/soft wall clean booths. It eliminates micro-particles, bacteria and viral aerosols to maintain ISO5–ISO8 ultra-clean environments, mandatory final filtration component for pharmaceutical, hospital, semiconductor and food aseptic production projects.

1. Outer Frame

3 customizable frame materials for different working environments:

• Extruded aluminum alloy frame (Standard Cleanroom Grade)

  Lightweight, high rigidity, anti-rust, easy disassembly, universal matching all FFU and ceiling filter racks, most widely used for medical & pharma clean zones.

• Galvanized steel frame (Economical Industrial Type)

  High structural strength, cost-effective for electronics factory medium-grade cleanrooms.

• SUS304 stainless steel frame (Premium Corrosion-Resistant Grade)

  Resistant to repeated alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and chlorine disinfection, dedicated to hospital operating rooms and high-humidity sterile filling workshops.

  Standard filter depth: 50mm / 70mm / 90mm / 110mm thin plate sizes for compact installation space.

2. Filtration Media & Separator (Core Mini-Pleat Design)

• Filter Media: Ultra-fine borosilicate micro glass fiber (PTFE anti-corrosion media optional for chemical labs)

  • H13: ≥99.99% efficiency for 0.3μm particles (MPPS)

  • H14: ≥99.995% efficiency for 0.3μm particles (GMP/FDA mandatory grade)

  • ULPA U15–U19: ≥99.9995% efficiency for 0.12μm submicron particles for semiconductor ultra-clean zones

• Separator: Hot-melt polypropylene bead strip (no metal aluminum partition)

  Uniform narrow pleat spacing stabilizes airflow, avoids metal rusting and fiber shedding, reduces overall filter weight and initial pressure drop.

• Sealing Craft: Two-component PU glue fully pours and seals media pack to frame, zero bypass air leakage inside the filter core.
