Horizontal Clean Bench

Clean Bench, also called laminar flow workstation / laminar flow hood, is independent localized ultra-clean equipment that creates stable ISO Class5 (Class100) sterile micro-environment for precision operation. It forms uniform unidirectional positive laminar airflow via fan + double-stage filtration, sweeping away particles, lint and microbial aerosols inside the working zone, completely avoiding external contamination to samples, chips, sterile reagents and medical components.

Two mainstream airflow configurations for different production & lab demands:

1. Vertical Laminar Flow Clean Bench: Clean air flows vertically downward from top HEPA filter to work surface, suitable for pharmaceutical dispensing, cell culture, biotech labs; less disturbance to light-weight samples.

2. Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Bench: Clean air flows horizontally forward from rear filter panel to operator, ideal for electronics chip assembly, optical lens inspection, dust-sensitive micro-component processing.

Different from biosafety cabinets, clean bench adopts internal positive pressure, mainly protects products/samples instead of operators, no exhaust hazardous gas isolation function.

Main Structure & Material Composition

1. Cabinet & Work Surface

• Outer cabinet: Thick powder-coated cold rolled steel, anti-rust matte coating, scratch-resistant, easy to wipe disinfection

• Working zone inner liner + worktop: Electropolished SUS304 stainless steel (standard), seamless integrated forming, no screw protrusions, rounded corners without sanitary dead corners, resistant to alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and chlorine sanitizer wiping

• Upgrade option: SUS316L stainless steel for frequent high-concentration disinfection vaccine labs

• Mobile stand: Hot-dip galvanized square tube frame, equipped with 4 universal brake casters + adjustable leveling feet, convenient moving and horizontal calibration

2. Complete Two-Stage Filtration System (Core Purification Module)

1. G4 washable primary pre-filter: Installed at air intake, intercepts large dust, hair and lint, effectively extends HEPA service life, easy front-side replacement without dismounting the whole machine

2. H14 mini-pleat HEPA filter (gel seal optional):

   ≥99.995% filtration efficiency for 0.3μm MPPS particles, every filter undergoes 100% PAO aerosol full scan leakage test before delivery. Vertical model installs HEPA at top ceiling; horizontal model arranges HEPA at rear panel, uniform airflow distribution without turbulence dead zones.

• Optional ULPA U15 filter: Reach ISO Class4 (Class1000) ultra-high cleanliness for semiconductor ultra-precision assembly.

3. Fan & Air Velocity Control System

• Motor type: Energy-saving EC brushless centrifugal fan (premium) / multi-speed AC motor (economy)

• Air velocity adjustable range: 0.3–0.45m/s constant laminar wind speed, microcomputer PLC real-time monitoring wind speed; auto alarm when airflow drops due to filter clogging

• Low noise design: Built-in sound-absorbing cotton inside cabinet, running noise ≤52dB(A), suitable for long-hour lab workshop operation

4. Intelligent Safety Control & Auxiliary Functions

1. Touch screen microcomputer control panel: Real-time display wind speed, working hours, filter clogging reminder, UV timing setting

2. UV germicidal lamp interlock protection: UV lamp can only turn on when main lighting and fan stop working, delay startup reminder avoids operator UV radiation injury (GMP mandatory safety design)

3. Sliding tempered glass sash: Height adjustable, transparent observation without blocking operation, EPDM sealing strip maintains internal positive pressure

4. Built-in industrial power socket inside working zone: Convenient connection of microscopes, pipettes and small testing instruments

5. Optional upgrades: ESD anti-static coating for electronics, differential pressure gauge, external exhaust port, anti-vibration stand
