Sandwich panel installation aluminium accessories are standardized extruded aluminum connecting, finishing and load-bearing profiles specially designed for on-site assembly of purification wall and ceiling sandwich panels.Base Aluminum Alloy

• Standard: 6063-T5 extruded aluminum (general pharma, food, electronics cleanrooms)

• Heavy load upgrade: 6061-T6 high-strength aluminum (large-span ceiling FFU supporting keels)

• Standard profile wall thickness: 1.2mm; optional 1.0mm / 1.5mm

Surface Anti-Corrosion Finishes

1. Silver matt anodized (standard): 10–15μm oxide film, scratch resistant, cost-effective

2. White polyester powder coated: Matches white panel appearance, anti-discoloration for hospital & sterile food workshops

3. ESD anti-static coating: Surface resistance 10⁶~10⁹Ω, dedicated for semiconductor anti-dust clean zones

3. Complete Classification & Installation Function

Series 1: Wall Panel Splicing Profiles (For flat wall panel connection)

1. H-type Middle Joint Profile

   Used to splice two adjacent wall panels in a straight line. Double built-in EPDM sealing grooves for airtightness, keeps panel surface flush, conceals fixing hardware. Compatible with 50/75/100mm panels.

2. T-type Three-Way Connector

   For T-shaped wall intersections where three panels meet. Integrated arc transition eliminates 90° dust accumulation corners, forms continuous sealed joints.

3. U-shaped Edge Closing Channel

   Covers raw cut panel edges at window openings, equipment cutouts and wall end edges, achieves neat, sanitary wrapping.

Series 2: Rounded Arc Transition Profiles (GMP mandatory sanitary trim)

1. Inner R Coving (R35/R50 standard)

   Installed at wall-ceiling and wall-floor internal right-angle junctions. Quarter-circle rounded design removes sharp dead corners, easy daily disinfection wiping, matched with sealing strips for airtight transition.

2. Outer R Corner Trim

   For external 90° wall turning, smooth curved anti-collision surface, integrated seal groove to block air leakage at outer panel joints.

3. Flat L-shape inner/outer angle (economy grade)

   Simple right-angle trim for low-grade auxiliary clean areas without arc transition.

Series 3: Ground Skirting Base Profile

Mounted at the bottom of wall panels connecting to the floor. Conceals the gap between panel and ground, reserves wire routing and drainage slots, coordinates with inner R coving to form a full sanitary ground transition system and resist trolley impact.

Series 4: Ceiling Hanging Load-Bearing Aluminium Profiles

1. Main ceiling suspension keel (middle character keel)

   Primary load-bearing beam hung from building roof steel structure, supports ceiling sandwich panels, FFUs, HEPA filters and purification lamps.

2. C-type / T-type auxiliary cross keel

   Secondary supporting beams for small-span ceiling partitions, adjustable hanging height via expansion bolts.

3. FFU dedicated clamping aluminum groove

   Special card slot for locking FFU laminar flow units, prevents vibration loosening during fan long-term operation.

Series 5: Door & Window Frame Installation Profiles

1. Single / unequal double / equal double cleanroom door frame set

   Full frame matching 50mm thick cleanroom door leaves, with integrated EPDM sealing grooves to guarantee hermetic pressure retention.

2. Automatic sliding door header & bottom guide rail aluminum

   Enclosed motor track housing installed on non-clean side to avoid internal dust accumulation.

3. Flush observation window surrounding frame

   Wraps hollow tempered glass windows, seamless joint with wall panels without protruding dust ledges.

Series 6: Handmade Sandwich Panel Four-Side Wrapping Frame

Full surrounding aluminum border for handmade rockwool/MGO purification panels. Reinforces four edges to boost panel flatness and structural rigidity, pre-reserved sealing structure for high-standard hospital OR and pharma Grade A clean zones.

Series 7: Auxiliary Installation Fixing Accessories

• 90° aluminum angle bracket: Cross-fixing keels and joint profiles

• Profile end sealing caps: Block both ends of aluminum extrusions to stop dust & insect entry

• EPDM rubber compression strip: Inserted into profile grooves for airtight panel splicing

• Custom wrapping aluminum for air shower / pass box / weighing booth cutouts
