It is continuously thermally compounded by double-sided hygienic metal sheets and rigid closed-cell PU/PIR foam core, bonded with high-strength environmental adhesive.

The exclusive hidden interlocking tongue-and-groove aluminum joint with EPDM sealing strips eliminates sanitary dead corners and air leakage gaps. 1. Standard PPGI Pre-painted Galvanized Steel

   0.35–0.6mm thickness, matte white antibacterial coating (ISO22196 antibacterial rate ≥99.9%), anti-fingerprint smooth non-porous surface, resistant to alcohol and routine disinfectant wiping. Mainly used for electronics, cosmetic and medium-standard food cleanrooms.

2. SUS304 / SUS316L Stainless Steel Facer (Medical Premium)

   Wire-drawing anti-corrosion surface, withstands long-term repeated disinfection with hydrogen peroxide, chlorine and strong sanitizers, mandatory for hospital operating rooms, vaccine workshops and high-humidity sterile filling lines.

3. ESD Anti-Static Coated Steel (Electronics Special)

   Surface resistance 10⁶~10⁹Ω, prevents static discharge damage to semiconductors, optical lenses and micro-components.

2. PU / PIR Foam Core (Core Insulation Layer)

• Raw material: Closed-cell rigid polyurethane (PU) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam

• Density: 38–42 kg/m³ for cleanroom grade
