EPS sandwich panel (Expanded Polystyrene sandwich panel) is a lightweight, cost-effective and widely used composite building panel, consisting of two flat face sheets bonded to a rigid EPS foam core under high temperature and pressure. It integrates light weight, thermal insulation, sound insulation and convenient installation, making it one of the most commonly used panels in prefabricated construction, warehouses, cold chain, and industrial buildings.

Material Structure

· Core Material:

o Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam: closed-cell structure, lightweight, good thermal insulation performance.
