Automatic Sliding Hermetic Door

Automatic Sliding Hermetic Door is a touch-free, fully airtight sliding partition dedicated to high-standard sterile clean environments, integrating automatic sensor access + hermetic pressure retention + GMP sanitary flush design three core functions.

Different from ordinary non-hermetic sliding doors, this model adopts inward cam sinking sealing structure: door leaf slightly retracts inward and presses tightly against the frame after full closing, realizing full four-side airtight isolation. It effectively locks cleanroom positive/negative pressure gradient, avoids unfiltered dirty air infiltration and cross-contamination between zoning areas.

Two mainstream configurations:

1. Single Sliding Hermetic Door: Narrow personnel passage (clear width 900–1200mm), compact footprint for gowning rooms, lab isolation entrances

2. Bi-Part Double Sliding Hermetic Door: Wide trolley/cargo passage (clear width 1500–2400mm), large full opening for medical beds, production trolleys and continuous high-traffic flow

1. Standard Antibacterial Coated Galvanized Steel (GMP General Grade)

   0.8–1.2mm thick matte white/blue antibacterial PPGI panel, 50mm door thickness, internal aluminum honeycomb high-density core (lightweight, high flatness, sound insulation ≥25dB). All edges 45° chamfer seamless flush, no protruding dust ledges, resistant to alcohol, H₂O₂ and chlorine disinfectant wiping.

2. Premium SUS304 Brushed Stainless Steel (Hospital / Pharma High Standard)

   Full stainless door leaf + aluminum alloy extrusion frame, seamless argon arc welding with rounded inner corners, no paint peeling risk, suitable for high-frequency disinfection vaccine workshops and laminar operating rooms. SUS316L upgrade available for corrosive vapor biotech labs.

1.2 Flush Embedded Observation Window

Double-layer hollow tempered safety glass, fully embedded flush with door surface without protruding frame, no dust accumulation gaps, clear real-time visual inspection of passage status without opening the door. Window size customizable as required.

2. Core Hermetic Airtight Sealing System (Key Differentiator)

1. Perimeter continuous EPDM aging-resistant foam gasket: Wraps full four sides of door leaf, forms tight compression seal when door sinks inward after closing

2. Automatic drop-down silicone bottom seal strip: Drops 10–15mm when door fully locked, tightly fits uneven cleanroom floors to eliminate ground air leakage

3. Cam inward sinking sealing mechanism: Door leaf retracts inward 8–12mm on closing, compresses all surrounding gaskets evenly, air leakage rate ≤0.03 m³/(h·㎡), stably holds 10–100Pa cleanroom differential pressure

4. Top full-enclosed stainless steel header track housing: Sliding track installed on non-clean side, no mechanical grooves inside sterile zones to avoid dust hiding, fully meets GMP sanitary design requirements
