Automatic Sliding Door Cargo Air Shower

Auto Sliding Door Air Shower is an upgraded touchless airlock purification passage, replacing traditional manual swing doors with infrared induction automatic translation sliding doors. It solves the bottleneck of frequent hand contact and low passing efficiency of swing door air showers, perfectly matching high-flow staff entrances and large cargo trolley transport passages in cleanrooms.

Equipped with dual electronic interlock system, the inner and outer sliding doors cannot open simultaneously at any time, strictly isolating dirty outdoor air and sterile cleanroom air. High-speed HEPA filtered air jets blow off dust, hair and microbial particles from staff gowns, raw materials and carton surfaces before entering ultra-clean zones, effectively reducing cross-contamination risk and stabilizing indoor positive pressure. Available in personnel single/double sliding air shower and long cargo sliding air shower tunnel two series.

1. Cabinet Body Material

• Premium full SUS304 stainless steel (Medical/Pharma standard): 1.0–1.5mm thick plate, seamless argon arc welding, all internal corners rounded without sanitary dead corners, resistant to alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and chlorine disinfectant wiping.

• Economy version: Powder-coated galvanized steel outer shell + SUS304 stainless steel inner liner, for medium-grade electronics and cosmetic workshops.

• Thickened stainless steel drain floor grille: Anti-slip, easy to flush and clean, collects blown dust for circulation filtration.

2. DC brushless silent sliding motor + infrared proximity induction sensor: Touchless auto open/close when people/trolleys approach, no manual pushing required, avoiding secondary hand contamination

3. Built-in safety infrared anti-pinch beam: Automatically reopens the door if people or goods block the sliding track to prevent clamping injury

4. Dual solenoid electronic interlock linkage: During air shower countdown, both sliding doors lock tightly; only unlocks after purification cycle finishes, maintains strict airlock function

5. Optional upgrade: Face recognition / RFID card access control for factory personnel management

   • G4 washable pre-filter: Intercepts coarse dust to protect rear HEPA filter
