Clean Steel Door

Clean Steel Door (also named purification steel door, hermetic steel cleanroom door) is the standard partition swing door matched with rockwool/MGO/PIR cleanroom sandwich panels. It adopts fully flush seamless sanitary design without dust dead corners, integrated multi-layer airtight sealing system to stabilize indoor positive/negative pressure gradient, block cross-contamination between different cleanliness zones.

Two mainstream material grades and three opening configurations to match all cleanroom passage widths and hygiene standards:

1.1 Door Leaf & Frame Material

• Standard Galvanized Steel Version

  Door leaf: 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized steel sheet; Frame: 1.5mm galvanized steel. Surface electrostatic antibacterial polyester powder coating, salt spray resistant ≥500h, 200+ RAL color options (white, medical blue, light green, grey mainstream). Anti-fingerprint, resistant to alcohol, H₂O₂ and chlorine disinfection wiping.

• Premium SUS304 Stainless Steel Version

  0.8–1.0mm brushed SUS304 door leaf, 1.2mm stainless frame, seamless argon arc welding rounded corners, no paint peeling risk. For food factories, vaccine workshops, high-humidity hospital operating rooms; SUS316L upgrade available for corrosive chemical labs.

• Door leaf thickness: Standard 50mm, customizable 75/100mm for thick wall panels.

1.3 Flush Observation Window (GMP Sanitary Design)

Fully embedded flush double-layer hollow tempered safety glass, no protruding outer frame to avoid dust accumulation. Standard window size 400×600mm; optional square, rounded corner, outer-square-inner-round styles, silicone fully sealed for zero air leakage.

1. Three-sided continuous aging-resistant EPDM foam gasket wrapped around door leaf perimeter

2. Automatic drop-down silicone bottom sweep strip: Drops 10–15mm after full closing, tightly fits uneven floors to eliminate ground air gaps

3. Overlap hidden seal between double door leaves, no exposed external gap for dust deposit

4. Overall air leakage rate ≤12Pa, stably maintain 5–15Pa cleanroom positive pressure gradient.
