Overview

Surgical cabinet is a dedicated medical storage furniture specially designed for operating rooms, sterile scrub areas, central supply departments, ICUs and medical cleanrooms. Manufactured with hygienic stainless steel material, it provides sealed, contamination-free storage space for surgical instruments, sterile dressings, medical supplies, drugs and consumables. The smooth, crack-free surface resists bacteria growth and supports frequent wipe disinfection, fully complying with hospital infection control and cleanroom hygiene specifications.

Main Material & Structure

1. Main Body Material

   Standard grade: SUS304 stainless steel (optional SUS316L for high-corrosion environment like disinfection room). Thickness options: 0.8mm / 1.0mm / 1.2mm thick plate. All panels adopt full seamless argon arc welding, polished rounded corners without sharp edges to avoid dirt accumulation and cross-contamination.

2. Storage Configuration Options

   • Closed door type: Single door / double swing door / sliding door with magnetic silent sealing strips to block dust and bacteria;

   • Drawer type: Multi-layer pull-out drawers with silent slide rails, classified storage for small surgical tools, scalpels, forceps and sutures;

   • Open layered shelf: For frequently accessed sterile supplies, matched with optional transparent dust shield;

   • Custom partition: Adjustable internal laminate height to fit different size instrument trays.

3. Surface Treatment

   Uniform matte wire drawing finish, anti-fingerprint coating optional. Non-porous surface repels blood, iodine, alcohol and disinfectant liquid, easy to wipe clean without residual stains. All internal and external corners are fully chamfered to eliminate sanitary dead angles.

4. Installation Design

   Two installation modes for selection:

   • Floor-standing: Equipped with adjustable stainless steel footings, keep cabinet off ground for easy floor mopping and cleaning;

   • Wall-mounted: Reserved hanging lugs, save floor space, common for scrub sink side storage cabinets.
